Robin has been a part of In Home Referral since 1997. She was fortunate to work along side the founder and owner of the company where she was the Office Manager. In 2005 she acquired In Home Referral and is now the proud owner. Her mission is to continue to provide compassionate personal care tailored to the specific needs of her Clients. Her focus is to offer high quality services while promoting respect and dignity to those who receive care.
Karen is In Home Referral's Office Manager, responsible for overseeing daily business activities of the company. With In Home Referral since 2004 she is a vital part of providing overall management and operations of the company. Karen's experience in the office exemplifies her compassion, caring, and knowledge of what In Home Referral stands for. Her health care experience has also proven beneficial to the company. Karen is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), which gives In Home Referral the unique ability to utilize her to work side-by-side the other Caregivers, ultimately leading to the best possible care for our Clients.
LaRue is our Payroll Administrator and has been an essential part of In Home Referral since 2005. Her awareness of her job and perfectionism, exemplify how she handles the day to day tasks of keeping all the companies payroll, billings and accounts payable current. This is important in allowing this company to operate to its fullest. She has a kind and caring way about her that allows her to interact with all the employees in a special way. She is always one step ahead making sure that nothing is left undone.
Cathy is In Home Referral's Schedule Coordinator and is responsible in managing Client schedules and staffing of employees. Cathy has been a part of In Home Referral since the beginning of 2008. She is on the forefront with direct contact with our Clients and employees. Her great personality is crucial with all the day-to-day telephone calls and situations that occur. In addition to working with the employees and their scheduling needs she also is instrumental in fulfilling other office tasks that need to be handled.
Louise is the newest member of our office staff. She has been working in our office since March of 2012. Louise is one of In Home Referral's Schedule Coordinators and is responsible in managing client schedules and the staffing of employees. Louise is on the forefront, along with Cathy, having direct contact with our clients and employees. Her gentle personality is helpful with all the day in day out calls and situations that occur.
